Athletes Fuel...

So, what does it take to keep us going through all these workouts? To give you an idea, we are working out about 16-20 hours a week (varies weekly). One would think I would weigh 100 pounds from all this exercise. Too bad I like these too much......(note the extra large Costco size proportion and the bag is empty, likely on week #1).



For a little balance, we have also had some very yummy fresh local food!


In between the cookies, avocados and tuna is a lot of Gatorade, Gu and protein recovery drinks, yum! :)
